Description
A dry white wine fermented and aged in qvevri with 100% of its skins for 10 months. Amber color with aromas of pear, apple and peach, followed fenugreek, crocus and thyme. A lively Kakhetian wine where the alcohol content in this vintage is above average. Will improve with cellaring. Pairs well with salads, chicken and fish. Drink at around 10oC
