A rare wine from west Georgia, harvested in late October, fermented and matured in qvevri with 5% of its skins for 8 months by traditional Imeretian method. A lively wine ruby in color with balanced acidity characterized by strong herbal and spice aromas followed by damson and berries with a long finish that is very different. Can be aged. Pairs with veal, fowl, and hard cheeses.
